With dual Bachelor’s degrees in Interior Design and Education, Phoenix brings both artistic precision and an instinct for storytelling to every project. Her work bridges luxury with livability, spaces that are elegant without compromise, functional without losing character. With a refined aesthetic and a passion for advanced materials and sustainable practices, Arusha helps shape interiors that are as enduring as they are striking.

Recognized for her fresh perspective and meticulous eye, she plays a key role in carrying forward Phoenix Grey Design’s signature style while ensuring each project reflects the individuality of its client.

Shubham Wedhera brings a global perspective and technical expertise to Orion Studios, shaped by hands-on experience with architects and urban planners across Berlin, New York, California, and Hawaii. A scholar with a deep commitment to sustainable design, he was selected for a fully sponsored conservation project at Tokyo University of Science, honing his skills in heritage preservation and eco-conscious architecture.

Shubham’s practical experience spans both international and local contexts, from sustainable urban planning with the City of Mississauga to navigating Canadian construction standards and green building practices. His work is rooted in creating thoughtful, resilient spaces, whether at the scale of a home, a neighborhood, or an entire city, reflecting a balance of design, functionality, and long-term impact.

With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to sustainability, Shubham adds a globally informed, technically grounded dimension to Phoenix Grey Design’s signature approach: layered, intentional, and unapologetically refined.
